Digital Training Program – No Refunds

This Push Workout Plan is a digital product. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

Once the workout plan has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to:

• The Push Workout Plan
• Any downloadable training files, PDFs, videos, or digital resources included with the plan
• Any updates or bonus content provided with the plan

Once access or download is granted, the product is considered delivered and used.

No Refunds Will Be Issued For

Refunds will not be given for:

• Change of mind
• Not using or completing the program
• Dissatisfaction with results
• Lack of progress due to inconsistent training or adherence
• Incorrect exercise execution or gym access limitations

Results vary depending on training effort, consistency, nutrition, recovery, and individual factors. No specific results are guaranteed.

Consumer Rights (UK Digital Content Notice)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you lose your right to cancel once digital content has been supplied with your consent. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you waive your right to a refund.

Faulty Delivery or Access Issues

If you experience:

• Problems downloading the workout plan
• Incorrect or missing files
• Corrupted or unreadable content

We will resolve access issues or provide replacement files. Refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot be fixed.
